Phase IV: Communication and Development
This is the last phase of the program. Apprentices become Tutors and Instructors, helping other Apprentices become knowledgeable in a thoroughly innovative content, capable to think critically in an abstract context, creative in three art forms and applying their new knowledge to teach others through technology.
The challenge to teach others is driven by an entrepreneurial platform that is presented at the beginning of Phase IV.
